Production Manager

Responsibilities:
1) According to sales forecasts and customer orders, reasonable formulation and implementation of production plans, quality and quantity, on time to complete production tasks to meet customer needs;
2) Complete the production efficiency improvement target set by the company/department;
3) Be responsible for analyzing the material loss data, formulating relevant measures, ensuring the material loss control rate, and achieving the company's material loss target;
4) Promote and improve the quality level of the project, reduce quality risks and reduce quality costs;
5) Manage personnel within their jurisdiction and do a good job in team building;
6) Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.


Requirements:
1) At least 5 years of experience in large-scale factory management, familiar with EMS manufacturing related processes;
2) Strong communication and expression, organization and coordination, internal promotion ability;
3) Familiar with PCBA process and assembly process;
4) Have a strong sense of responsibility, ability to resist pressure, cheerful and enthusiastic personality.
