Supplier Quality Management Engineer (SQE)

Responsibilities:
1) Promote suppliers to implement SQM system procedures and improve internal quality problems;
2) Responsible for supplier review, evaluation management and monitoring;
3) Formulate incoming inspection standards to form documents, and be responsible for training and supervision and management;
4) Responsible for the establishment of IQC quality assurance system;
5) Responsible for handling and communicating with suppliers of unqualified materials;
6) Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.


Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above, more than three years working experience in the same position;
2) Proficient in using office software;
3) Understand the ISO9001/IATF16949 system;
4) Strong communication and organizational skills;
Understanding of SMT industry, familiar with autoCAD is preferred;
